Suggested use
Shaker Cup: Mix 1/2 serving (3 scoops) with 8-10 oz of water or skim milk in a shaker cup and consume twice daily.
Blender: Mix 1 serving (6 scoops) with 16-20 oz of water or skim milk in a blender and consume once daily. Take in the morning, between meals, or post-workout. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use.

Directions
Shake container well before each opening to avoid settling. Mix 1 level scoop into 8 oz of cold water and consume 30 minutes prior to working out. Use only 1 serving in a 24-hour period. HEMO-RAGE may be stronger than any pre-workout you have ever tried. Never exceed 1 scoop. Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
