Source of valuable ingredients – one portion of the dietary supplement provides the body with 3500 mg of L-citrulline malate, 1600 mg of A-AKG, 1500 mg of L-arginine, 800 mg of beta-alanine, 500 mg of taurine, as well as 500 mg of beet root extract DER 4:1, 300 mg of L-tyrosine, 200 mg of caffeine anhydrous and 150 mg of grape seed extract. In addition, the preparation contains 2.1 mg of black pepper fruit extract, 80 mg of vitamin C, 58 mg of magnesium and 1.4 mg of vitamin B6.

L-citrulline malate – combination of citrulline, an organic chemical compound from the group of amino acids, with malic acid into one molecule. It is a compound, which distinguished by high chemical stability and excellent solubility.

A-AKG – L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate – a chemical compound that is a combination of two substances, such as L-arginine and glutaric acid. Glutaric acid is a product of the Krebs cycle, which is the final step in the metabolism of aerobic organisms, while L-arginine is a protein amino acid that is considered an essential substrate for the production of creatine and nitric oxide (NO).

L-arginine – an amino acid that to some extent can be produced in the human body, however, L-arginine can also be found in nuts and seeds, meat, seafood, as well as whole grain cereal products.

Beta-alanine – derivative of alpha-alanine. An organic chemical compound that is a precursor to the synthesis of carnosine.

Taurine – a non-protein amino acid that can be found, among others, in fish, seafood, dried seaweed or meat, as well as in the form of dietary supplements.

Beetroot extract DER 4:1 – an extract from the root of a plant from the amaranthaceae family, which is widespread almost all over the world. It is a compound that is a source of vitamins, minerals and valuable substances.

L-tyrosine – a protein amino acid, a substance that can be naturally produced in the human body from another amino acid, which is phenylalanine. Tyrosine can also be found in high-protein products such as meat, fish and legumes.

Caffeine – an organic chemical compound from the group of purine alkaloids. In OstroVit preparation uses anhydrous caffeine, which is a concentrated compound, which has a positive effect on the effectiveness and quality of supplementation.

Grape seed extract standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins (PAC) – extract from seeds of fruit from the grape family, which contain, classified as flavonoids, oligomeric proanthocyanidins (PAC) with antioxidant properties

Black pepper fruit extract – an extract from the fruit of a plant in the pepper family, which is standardized to 95% piperine, the content of the organic chemical compound, which is an alkaloid found in the top layer of black pepper fruit.

Vitamin C – a water-soluble vitamin that can be found in fresh vegetables and fruits, among others in black currant, strawberries, kiwi, as well as in peppers, Brussels sprouts or cabbage.

Magnesium – a chemical element with the symbol Mg, which occurs, among others, in whole grain cereal products, legume, as well as nuts and green leafy vegetables.

Vitamin B6 – pyridoxine – a water-soluble ingredient belonging to B vitamins. The compound can be found primarily in whole grain cereal products, as well as in offal and legumes.

Properties of ingredients contained in OstroVit Pump Extreme:
Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles, and vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism.

Contains caffeine; not recommended for children and pregnant women (content of caffeine is 200 mg per portion).

The product has strong hygroscopic properties (strongly absorbs moisture). The formation of clumps or a uniform (compact) consistency is not a sign of loss of product properties. In this case, the product must be reshredded.

Suggested usage
Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (1.5 scoop) in 200-250 ml of water in a shaker. Take one serving 30 min before the training. Product is intended for adults with increased physical activity.
