μονοϋδρική κρεατίνη.
ΜΥΪΚΗ ΔΥΝΑΜΗ: Η κρεατίνη αυξάνει τη σωματική απόδοση κατά τη διάρκεια σύντομων,

ΠΟΤΕ ΝΑ ΧΡΗΣΙΜΟΠΟΙΕΙΤΑΙ:
Πάρτε μία μερίδα 30 λεπτά πριν την προπόνηση και μία άλλη αμέσως μετά.
