Ingredients : Sidemag®: magnesium oxide, rice starch, emulsifiers (sucrose esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin), anti-caking agent (calcium phosphates), rice flour, capsule (glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)), emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Presentation: 60 capsules of 570mg.

Directions for use: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably before bed or after exercise.
