Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) occurs naturally in animal products (meat, milk and dairy products) from the so-called “ruminants” – in beef, pork, veal, lamb or mutton 3 .
Take 2 capsules a day with an appropriate amount of water, during or immediately after a meal.
