Directions for use : Mix 1 scoop of 32g HQ+ Pro Whey with 300ml of cold water to make a delicious protein shake. As a supplement to your regular diet, take 1 serving daily: on training days, 1 serving immediately after training, on rest days, 1 serving immediately after waking up.
