Supplement Needs Cream of Rice is a carbohydrate supplement designed to be taken to support daily nutrition as part of the Supplement Needs Performance range.
Formulated using an instantized form of rice flour to yield a gluten free* powder with easy mixability and perfect digestion.
Supplement Needs Cream of Rice can be stacked alongside Protein Powders such as Supplement Needs Whey ISO+ and Prot3in Fusion+ to ensure daily nutrition is achieved for recovery.
Available from Supplement Needs in 3 delicious flavours – Birthday Cake, Cookie Dough, and Salted Caramel.
One serving (30g) is ideally mixed (with stirring) to freshly boiled water in a 3:1 ratio
(90ml).
Cold water, milk, or milk based alternative may also be used.
Depending on consistency desired, more or less fluid can be added.
Alternatively, Cream of Rice can be cooked by microwave.
Note that whey protein products such as Whey ISO+ contain water content also,
which may dilute the consistency when added to the finished cooked product.
More than one serving may be utilised depending on nutritional goals.
When stuck for time, it can also be conveniently mixed with water in a shaker bottle and consumed.
