Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, zinc bisglycinate, L-histidine, L-cysteine, L-methylonine, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell).
Zinc dietary supplement. The recommended daily intake is 1 serving. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Expiry date and batch number on the bottom of the container.
Recommended intake: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.
