OstroVit Micellar Casein – valuable source of protein
Casein is a milk protein that is the main component of cow’s milk. Casein protein is considered a complete source of protein, because it contains all exogenous amino acids – compounds that the body cannot synthesize on its own, so it is necessary to provide them to the body along with the daily diet. Casein belongs to slowly digested proteins, which is why it is often referred to as „proteins per night” and is consumed just before bedtime. In dietary supplements, the compound is most often found in the form of micellar casein, which is the purest form of casein and is devoid of any impurities, and is considered a high-quality protein, appreciated among physically active people.
Properties of ingredients contained in OstroVit Micellar Casein
Protein The protein present in the preparation contributes to the growth of muscle mass, and also helps in maintaining muscle mass. What is more, the macronutrient supports the maintenance of healthy bones.
Add 30 g (3 scoops) in 200 ml of skim milk or water. Consume 1-2 times a day depending on your needs.

When a whole food meal is not convenient and a fast alternative is needed, (such as pre or post workout, when travelling or working) we suggest using 1 serving of Performance Protein.
For larger individuals, 2 servings may need to be consumed to meet your daily protein requirements. We believe this to be most effective at 1g per pound of body weight.
For example, if you weigh 140 lbs, consuming 140g of protein spread across the day will see the most optimal approach to recovery, fat loss and physique progress. This could be achieved in 4 meals of 30g of protein and 1 meal of 20g.
Consuming under 20g of protein in a single feeding has been shown to have less than optimal impacts on muscle protein synthesis. Therefore, we always encourage a minimum of 20g of protein to be consumed in any one meal.
Serving Instructions
Mix each serving (30g) with 300-400ml in your shaker with cold water.
