Platinum Hydrowhey is a 100% pure form of whey protein isolate with no fat, cholesterol or lactose. The hydrolysis of the whey breaks down large chains of proteins into peptides with small chains, which allows for quick digestion. Each 137-calorie shake provides 30 grams of pure whey protein and 8.8 grams of naturally occurring BCAAs.
RECOMMENDED USE
Put 180-240 ml of water in a vessel (e.g. shaker). Then add a portion of Platinum Hydro Whey (39 g) to the liquid, shake well until the powder has completely dissolved and consume promptly. It can be taken once or twice a day or as needed.
